Newly adopted Male Orange Tabby, shy. Left ear has tip split.

Winnie is small, orange with a white belly, and green eyes. He is fairly timid and is not an outdoor cat.

He is a unfixed male and we are living a extended stay room 113 for untill husband gets lungs 🫁 and he was wearing black collar with the letters rebel and a little bell he's got blond spots of hair dye on his back
