Gatos Perdidos y Encontrados en Petaling jaya

He seems to be hiding in drains around this area. There are stray cats in the area that seems to have caused in alot of stress to go home. He has stripes at the side of his body and has big round eyes. Also very fat. Would hiss onto passerbys.
