Lost & Found Pets in Goleta

My cat has been missing for 10 days now. He is an indoor cat and has never ventured far from home except for our gated patio. When we go out, he's always on a leash with me, my husband, and our dog, so I know he must be terrified. I've followed every recommended step for finding a missing cat, but there hasn't been a single sighting of him. I don’t know what else to do next other than to keep updating his posts continue to go out searching for him and pray for the best. If you have any information or see him, please contact me. He was last seen wearing his white flea and tick collar that you see in the picture. He's very scared of loud noises and strangers. He also only gets along with our dog. He is frightened of others.
