Scotch is a male springer spaniel that disappeared from a home in Bakersfield when a man left him in his yard unattended and claimed he got scared and ran away because of the fireworks. The family had entrusted this man to watch Scotch, but he did not do a good job and they are devastated. Please call them if there are any sightings of him --- they have offered a $5000 reward for his safe return ! He is chipped and about 2 years old. Call his owner Fabi if you see him -- 805-886-3313.
