Black and gray shitz thu/ papillion mix. About 5-7 pounds and just had his tail partially amputated. He is 12.5 years old, answers to Harpo and is very friendly. He yelps if approached too fast due to spinal issues. He has a white chin and thinning hair due to his thyroid. Please, help bri g him home.
