Parker is a rescue foster. He is 36 to 40 lb, missing most of the hair on his body, 1 blue eye, neutered male. He has 2 collars. One is Invisible fence. The other is orange and green with his rabies tag and the CRISIS DOGS tag. He is friendly but skittish.
