Pepper is a 1-year-old male Indian Ringneck parakeet with gray plumage and a long tail. He does not talk but makes distinctive parrot sounds. He is very bonded to his family, especially my wife and son, and may be shy around strangers. Pepper is a strong flyer and may not readily approach people. If you see him, please do not chase him. Try to keep him in sight and contact us immediately. Reward offered for his safe return.
