Goes by Manny- he is a big talker and friendly. One of his ears is clipped, tuxedo black and white cat. Reddish tint on end of tail. Older gentleman.

missing black chihuahua, last seen 03/09/2025 approx 4:30PM, near Scottsdale Rd and McKellips Rd in Tempe. Approx 8lbs, wearing sweater as seen in picture. Not neutered.
