Thin, small, adult black Female bombay cat. She's 2-3 years old. She has a clipped left ear from a procedure and has yellow eyes. She's very anxious

My cat went missing from the fox harbour/ east tiverton/ man o war/ the summit/ nicholasville road area. I'm asking please help keep an eye out for her if you're in this area, she's a petite girl, and attached at the hip. I'm very worried for her safety with the weather change and she has never been an outside cat. Her Name is Rose (or Rosie), she's small, and she has double duclaws on both of her front paws. My family and I are devastated.
