She is a Lynx point Siamese, cream white coat, raccoon striped black tail, semi grey Siamese face and semi striped grey paws. Blue eyes, if you googled this exact breed listed above, she looks exactly like the photos , No collar. Pretty feral and uncomfortable with unfamiliar people.
