Ruby is 7 years old shih tzu cross very small little girl she is clipped and was wearing a red cat collar with bell on it and a serento flea collar she has a fluid filled cyst on her breast bone which can be felt clearly her brother nugget is fretting really bad she is mucrochopped and police have been informed please keep eye out for her
