He is Chihuahua/mix, white short hair male. He is blind and somewhat deaf. He is 16 will be 17 years old next month. He was house broke but recently looses control of bladder so he does require dog wraps small. He has seizures. He does whine. And will probably refuse to eat cuz he is very attached and depends on me as I'm his mother.
