Brindle, Romanian sheppard, skinny dog, scared and stand-off ish but not aggressive at all

He is very small. 6lbs he has quite an overbite. He is very hyper. He runs quite fast and has a collapsed trachea so when he runs it sounds like he is coughing a bit.
