Australian shepherd, Lucy, got off her leash around 11:45PM near Bread Furst in Van Ness. She was last seen near the Embassy of Malaysia and the Israeli Embassy. She is microchipped. She is black and white with her right ear being pronounced. She has white paws. She is scared.
