Percy is a talking, friendly year old male budgie who flew out of my kitchen window when a gust of wind blew it open on the evening of the 17th November.

If u call her name and click yr fingers, show her food , stay still she spooks , keep saying come here blue, she will come, takes a while. Or if you can put a box with food in it and walk back, let her go into it ,if u have hay that will help her, she loves apples and carrots
