I got word that a good Samaritan may have found him. The only information I have is she works for a taxi service as dispatch, she drives a small blue car and has long dark hair. She took him to a vet clinic to be seen and said she would bring him to a shelter today. If you know anyone who may match this description, please give her my information so she can DM me on Facebook!  Mustang is a 20 year old indoor pet. We think he slipped out of the house yesterday. We are located off of 18th Ave S and 4th St S in Nampa. He didn’t have his collar on due to an old age sore on his neck.
