Coco is Pomeranian mixed with a teacup chihuahua. He has medium white/tan fur. As well as pointy ears and curled tail. He is a sensitive and shy dog.

She had her fur dyed purple and blue recently. (Pet friendly color dye/non toxic) 3/9 last seen. Reported on next door app, animal shelter
