Tucsonで迷子になった＆見つかった犬

She has all black short fur but at first is very skittish around people she may not know but she is chihuahua and she loves to play and if you say play & she likes you her big pointy ears will pop up & shes just very quite & loyal and sweet at first but if you keep her long enough she will eventually be comfortable around you to open up and she barks and will speak to you & ask to play alot by throwing her toys and I havent seen her in so long amd if someone found her and wants to keep her thats fine I honestly just want to make sure shes healthy & is loved somewhere so just tell me please??
