Snoopy is a 16-year-old male Shih Tzu. He is approximately 10 pounds. He has extremely poor eyesight, but it’s very friendly and easy to pick up. He is quite the wanderer and his hearing is great. However, he’s not very responsive and moves to the beat of his own drum. We are desperate to get him back.
