Newly adopted Male Orange Tabby, shy. Left ear has tip split.

Winnie is small, orange with a white belly, and green eyes. He is fairly timid and is not an outdoor cat.

He is a unfixed male and we are living a extended stay room 113 for untill husband gets lungs 🫁 and he was wearing black collar with the letters rebel and a little bell he's got blond spots of hair dye on his back

Have you seen Mocha? Please help us by checking your garage, attic, shed, and outdoor spaces. Any info, no matter how small, could help bring our beloved Mocha home!
