Vermisste & gefundene Hunde in San jose

Please help me find my elderly sweet dog. Shes part black, grey, white brown and a mixed dog. She's very sweet, always stays inside our house besides coming inside from backyard to go to bathroom so she probably got through a small crack in backyard fence. She looks like a puppy but she's very old, can't run much but does hop over high grass. She'll be skittish if approached but you can pick her up. She can't bite as most teeth are gone. She has some small lumps on back. We live by Parkview elementary in San Jose, Ca. near Cottle Park, on Vistapark near Branham Rd, Capital Expwy.
