Depending on region. In Eastern Germany the best way to find a cat is to print flyers and talk to all the neighbours directly. Many older people use maximum Email, some don’t have internet at all. We did both: all possible in internet and offline. Finally, lady, who we talked to in the morning, called us and reported, that our cat is hiding in her garden. We could successfully bring him back home.
