She has a unique heart shaped on her back

She is black, brown, greyish and white. She is very petite for her age due to being the runt of her litter. She has a bit of a clubbed left hind paw. The right side of her face is tabby - brown, light brown and white all the way under her eye and her left side of her face is white except for the a little patch under her eye and near her nose. She is quite skittish and nervous and meows quite loudly when you call her name.
