Vancouverで迷子になった＆見つかった猫

Grey kitty with green eyes. Blue collar with owner info 9-10 lbs.

Tuxedo cat, very friendly/cuddly boy, not scared of big dogs.

All black medium sized short hair. With distinctive scar on his left side of the neck under the chin (only visible when he lifts his head up and appears as a white bold spot around an inch in diameter.
