Scotch is a male springer spaniel that disappeared from a home in Bakersfield when a man left him in his yard unattended and claimed he got scared and ran away because of the fireworks. The family had entrusted this man to watch Scotch, but he did not do a good job and they are devastated. Scotch is 1y 1/2 boy Spaniel. He is gentle, shy, doesn’t like loud noises , not a hunting dog. He is white and brown.
