Thanks for reaching people I would not been able to. This whole thing was very overwhelming. Turns out, Felix was hiding in the unit upstairs. My neighbor was aware that he was missing and found poop in his apartment this morning. I went up and when he heard my voice, he started meowing. He was hiding the whole time.

9 Year old Female Tortoiseshell cat. White chin and green eyes. Is shy so may be scared and hiding. No collar but is microchipped.
