Approx 16 years old very friendly is slightly deaf

Black fluffy cat old very friendly and has a special food diet so without it its life or death

She's a small black cat but can look brown from certain angles/lighting. She has a croaky meow and isn't fond of unknown people. She's neutered and was chipped but it might be out of date by now.
