Light grey bit of white on face plus white on front quite friendly cat

He's only 4 months old, never until this week has been outdoors and I took him to the garden. He went a few times more with me but last night, he left as id left the door open and entrusted he would stay and then come in. He hasn't since 12am approx last night. Hes due chipping and neuraring but hasn't been since. He wears a blue collar with Neo and his address on. I have sat since praying he will come back. Hesblack amd white spotty and very loving and relaxed cat.
