Very friendly cat we are missing him 1x black eye and tail and 2 black blobs on his side

Sakura is a full black cat with a white spot on her chest and one on her lower belly between her hind legs. She also recently went through an over grooming stage so her back legs and base of her tail is thin and a little bald still but she’s 100% healthy
