Chats perdus / trouvés à New orleans

Bug is a 4 year old, large (about 15-16 pounds) silver/grey male cat. He has a long tail and legs and a small head. He is fixed, with a left clipped ear, and a very tiny white patch on his chest/belly. He is quite friendly and curious, but can be easily spooked by loud noises or sudden movements.
