She has no collar. She is a cat with anxiety so she may run or avoid contact. Shes not aggressive and she doesn’t meow much. She has bald patches on her belly and inside her thighs

Oreo is black & white, Tuxedo Male Cat 8 years, has a half triangular blaze on right of face, a small pink patch over right nostril, a patch of white under his left nostril. Hes white socks to front just on toes, mid length at the back, right has a black spot at back. Hes black gums, on the bottom is a small pink patch just off center slightly right. Oreo is microchipped & neutered. not all Cats are stray, please check with a vet we love & miss him, if you know of any carers who go to homes please ask them to see if anyone has recently got a cat, if it fits oreos description get it checked.
