Male, not neuter yet

Dismal it is. Abby has been missing since the daylight hours of 16/12/2025 throughout. He had unexpectedly fallen ill on the 16th. It is suspected that he had ingested something he had chased in the garden the night before. I was trying to counteract the vomiting foam symptoms by handfeeding him with beef liver, and I hadn't been in time to close the windows. He usually could eat it on his own and its been a shielder to his low immunity. This is the reason why he isn't neutered. Please help us.
