Photos of my pet or any other pet were not showing on your website. I could not download or print out poster (no photo on it) and whenever I checked my dashboard it was just empty pages. I have sent emails to address this problem but received the same answer… there is nothing wrong… Well, obviously there is something wrong when I can’t see any photos. I believe there is a huge problem with your website, as I tried to open it from different sources… desktop computer and mobile phone, and it was the same … no photos of lost animals on website, only names. That was not helpful, but it costed me. Absolutely not fair. However, I am happy, as my cat returned home this morning.

Thank you for all the support and hopeful words. Honestly didn't think he'd come back ever. I'd given up. Even put the litter box in storage after 10 days. But on the 12th days, he was near my front door. Thinner, but otherwise seems healthy.

Mocha is home safe and sound. The poster creation was amazing. Although we didn’t find mocha through PetRadar, it did help a lot on our search.
