Lack of info - no idea where the 4k messages were sent and relevance. In this instance PetRadar was not of much use. Found Otto by searching local gardens and properties in the area calling in person. Will definitely invest in an airtag for Otto.

I want a refund. The service said it costs C$42 and I was charged C$72. There is no way to communicate with you. There aren't "6442" people in this rural area, only about 30.
