It takes 2 days for a response to an email. No other way of contacting them. The "personalised" service they offer is simply a set of pre-written emails despatched at set intervals. The £36 I spent was a complete waste of money

All the support and from concerned pet parents and volunteers.. to the poster that generate leads. Even though we try to keep them safe. A cats is going to do what a cat wants to .It's in their nature to hunt and protect, their clueless parents c an only prey, that are safe. Bam Bam has taught me that you can't change that in him. On a positive note, his escapes are shorter. With all the tricks that tails and treasure taught me .He stays closer to home and comes right back with in a few minutes
