Thanks for reaching people I would not been able to. This whole thing was very overwhelming. Turns out, Felix was hiding in the unit upstairs. My neighbor was aware that he was missing and found poop in his apartment this morning. I went up and when he heard my voice, he started meowing. He was hiding the whole time.

The service is helpful but the charges to get notices out feels predatory. I’d also like to be able to thank people who reached out but couldn’t figure out how to do that.
