Great service but I was slightly daunted by the prices for the search add-ons. As a whole I was impressed with the layout but am happy that we didn’t need to truly find the effectiveness of the service and he returned by himself.

It’s difficult to judge, as we didn’t receive any information about his whereabouts through the platform - however the tips and moral support were appreciated, and I think you are running a very valuable service. One thing I would add - on the previous “what’s the status of the search” screen, I think the “didn’t survive” option with an emoji isn’t very sensitive? Other people might not mind that, but I feel like it trivialises something very painful - I would have not appreciated it if I had found our pet dead somewhere. I appreciate it is a very tricky thing to handle in terms of tone, but I think that could be improved. Other than that, thank you, and I hope more people use this service.

Quite expensive for pushed ads for very small reach. No one in the area I spoke to saw the ad. - Kinda feel is forcing people to pay for it when they are under stress. Quick to set up is the good thing.

I think £58 was a lot of money for what this actually does. I didn't see the ad for Peaches anywhere!? I had one reaction and trapped her yesterday evening. I wouldn't recommend this at all .
