There is no where to sign-in on the website or access the dashboard. I had to go to the maps of lost animals listed and find my pet's lost notice and send myself a message to get an email to myself which had the link to the dashboard. Not easy.

I pay the upfront fee to get adds online and then I’m asked to pay additional $ in order for her add to be boosted online??? I feel like there’s a less expensive way, or I could offa reward and just put up posters myself.
