Lost & Found Cats in Tampa

Otis is a neutered male weighing about 6-7 pounds. He was last seen wearing a collar with a bell and blue bow tie. He is an adult cat but very petite. He may not approach you, but he'll watch people from distance. He is VERY food motivated so he'll probably be near houses who put out food for outdoor cats. He is also microchipped.

This cat has very fluffy longhair. It looks chubby but I’m not sure how much is its hair thickness. It’s meowing a lot in front of me but now on the front porch, it’s quiet.
