Friendly not very smart small white dog loves treats

She is 11 1/2 year old female, collar with tags, microchip. She disappeared on March 16 on crothers woods. Someone saw a dog yesterday Friday on Bayview looking similar to Ruby. We had some sights without pictures. Nobody has provided a photo if seen.

He is very friendly, the left ear suffered from infection so he keeps it down. Please help me to find him
