He is an all white Pomeranian wearing a black harness attached to a leash wearing a bright green neon service animal vest. His leash was attached to his harness, his name is Mr. Papa Giorgio and he is the sweetest friendliest dog that ever lived. I really miss him and would really like him back. There is a reward if found. He has slight tear stains around his eyes and he loves to lick. You will know if this is the dog. Thank You for your attention to this.
