Very friendly, was told a white Tacoma truck picked her up

Male, not neutered, brown belt like collar with faded pink heart tag in it...(makes a faint jiggling noise). Friendly but shy, likes to lick, scared of cars, gets car sick. 3 years old. Brown and white short hair.
