White Maltese, 7lb with peach spot

Bosie is about 15 lbs. He's a shipoo; black. However, his hair is starting to change colors. Around the mouth, brown, and on his back, gray/silver. He was lost in the parking lot of Sams Club about 3 hours ago. He took off running as he was probably missing me since he hasn't seen me on about a week. He's my ESA. Please help me find him.

Our cat has a hurt paw and a clipped ear. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
