Lost & Found Cats in New york

URGENT!! my ex-coworker George Ma (Google NYC software engineer, email: [email protected]) expressed interest in adopting her in May 2023. After dropping her off, I asked for proof of vaccine 3 times within the span of 5 months, yet never got a response. This guy also refused to pay me back $100 and ghosted me. Please help to spread the words to see if anyone can reach this guy or have seen the cat. Based on my previous experience, this person will either give the silent treatment, or twist the story around and call me insane. If you are in doubt, please let him provide documentation of me confirming/signing to let him have the cat, or check my ownership paper with the animal care center.
